Cracker Bars




Number of Servings: 40

Ingredients

    40 saltine crackers
    1 1/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 cup butter
    1 cup brown sugar

Directions

In small saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar together. Bring to a boil. Meanwhile, line a cookie sheet with foil and spray with non-stick spray. Place 40 crackers on pan. Spoon butter-sugar mix over each cracker. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. While cooking, melt chocolate chips. When crackers are done, remove from pan and let cool completely. Once cooled spoon small amount of melted chocolate over each. Store in an air-tight container in refrigerator.
