Ingredients

*4.5 cups of reduces sodium chicken broth
*2 chicken breasts
*1cup each (chopped yellow onion, celery, and carrot)
*1tsp dried basil
*1tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 bay leaf
1.5 cups dried egg noodles
Directions
Combine chicken (cut into chunks) broth, veggies, and seasoning. Bring to a boil then cover and simmer until chicken is cooked. Remove chicken and shred. Add shredded chicken and egg noodles. Return to boil, cover simmer 8 minutes, discard bay leaf and enjoy!
