Ingredients

    Water, tap, 8 cup (8 fl oz)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces
    Morton Season All Lower Sodium, 0.25 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, grated
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, shredded
    Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium, 2 tbsp
    Cider Vinegar, 2 tbsp
    Hunt's Ketchup, 2 tbsp
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Red Mill Corn Flour, 0.25 cup


Directions

Boil
8 cups Water
1 lb. Chicken
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper

Mix and sautee
1 carrot shredded fine
1/2 green bell chopped
1/2 cup Cabbage shredded
2 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs White Vinegar
2 tbs Ketchup
Add to soup

Beat
1 egg

Whisk gently into soup

Boil for 10 minutes

Mix
2 1/2 tbs corn flour
1/4 cup water

to a smooth paste

Gently whisk into soup and serve.
