1 small head of lettuce 1 cup of chopped onion 1/2 cup of chopped celery 1 can sliced water chestnuts 1 bag of frozen peas, thawed under cold water & drained 2 cups of mayo 2 tbs of sugar boiled eggs sliced crumbled bacon
Break up lettuce into bottom of 9x13 to from a crust base. Layer onions, celery, water chestnuts and peas over top of lettuce. "Frost" with mayo and sprinkle with cheese and sugar. Cover tightly and store for 23 hours to blend flavors. Before serving, garnish with boiled egg slices and crumbled bacon. It is really YUMMY!
this is really good !!!! I was having a big familt get to gather so i made it the day before and it was really easy to finish the day of!!!! i would really recommed it for people with a sweet tooth !!!!
