Healthy Fruit Salad adapted from "The Biggest Loser"

Introduction

My daughter found a recipe from "The Biggest Loser" game for the nintendo DS and I adapted it to use what I had in the house. The original recipe called for fresh mint that I did not have. Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 C. strawberries (i used frozen unsweetened)
    3 med bananas sliced
    1 1/2 c. blueberries (again I used frozen)
    4 kiwi peeled and sliced
    4 mandarine oranges (seedless sectioned and cut in half)
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 T. honey (I used raw because it has all the good stuff left in)

Directions

Wisk the orange juice and honey together and set aside. Cut up and mix together all the fruit. Add orange juice and honey mixture. Toss gently and refrigerate for 1 hour
