  • I have been making this recipe (found on another website) for a couple of years and it is one of my absolute favorites. I have cut the chicken in half at times because my favorite part is the veggies. For a little kick add 1/2 tsp of curry powder and 1/2 tsp of cayenne. Wonderful! - 11/7/12

  • I used chicken thighs and a mix of sweet and blue potatoes. I doubled the spices and used canned tomatoes with green chiles. I cooked it in the pressure cooker for 10 minutes at high pressure and let the pressure come down naturally. Served over couscous. - 2/13/12
