Ingredients

    16 ounces extra lean ground beef
    1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    1/4 cup egg substitute
    1/4 cup water
    1/4 tablespoon seasoned salt

Directions

mix bread crumbs, 1/4 cup water and egg substitute together well
mix ground beef into egg mixture well
make 4 patties
cook in frying pan with no added fat or oil for about 1 minute each side and pour 1/4 cup more water into pan.

lower heat to medium and cook until desired doneness
