Crustless Broccoli Cheddar Quiche

Introduction

I make this all the time, it's a good make ahead for breakfast, or lunch, freeze the rest and then just take out what you need. Yes, not 100% healthy, but add more veggies to it... onion, green pepper, etc. You can also add turkey bacon or sausage, canadian bacon, etc. This is just the "base recipe" I make this all the time, it's a good make ahead for breakfast, or lunch, freeze the rest and then just take out what you need. Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    12 large eggs
    1 1/2 cup cheddar Cheese Shredded
    1 1/2 cup milk
    3 cups broccoli (frozen, thawed or cooked w/o butter added)
    Salt, pepper, spices to taste- rosemary, basil, garlic, onion, etc.
    Any other of your fav veggies you like in a quiche

Directions

Makes 6 slices. Heat oven to 425. Spray 9X13 pan with pam.

Crack all eggs in bowl and mix up, add milk, mix again, add the rest of your ingredients and mix with a spoon. Pour into the prepared pan.

Bake at 425 for 30 min or until top is slightly browned and eggs are set.

make a cut down the middle lengthwise, then 2 cuts evenly widthwise to make 6 pieces.
