Simple Roast Potatoes

Introduction

Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside...mmmmm! Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside...mmmmm!

Ingredients

    2 large potatoes
    1 tsp olive oil
    1/4 tsp kosher salt
    1 Tbsp Tuscan spice or Italian spice

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees fahrenheit.
Cut the potatoes into wedges, toss with other ingredients, and spread onto a dark baking sheet.
Turn every 5 minutes to prevent sticking and check for doneness.
