Introduction

This is always in my refrigerator. I can have it as a side, or prepare a large salad plate. I usually add meat but have also had it with warmed black-eyed peas, or micro waved red potatoes and warmed meat for a bistro salad. This is always in my refrigerator. Ingredients

    2-3 heads romaine lettuce
    1 small or medium head red cabbage
    1/4 - 1/2 yellow onion, sliced and diced
    20 ish sugar snap peas, broken in half
    2-4 radishes, sliced and diced

Directions

Prepare all ingredients, mix well. As noted, you can warm up potatoes and add, topped with shredded cheese. Also good with any type of beans - warm or cold, canned, frozen or fresh for fiber and protein. It's versatile!
