Introduction

I make these and freeze ahead, then take on out on busy mornings. They are great to take to work and heat in the microwave for a nutritious breakfast. I make these and freeze ahead, then take on out on busy mornings. They are great to take to work and heat in the microwave for a nutritious breakfast.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1.5 cup
    *Market Day Fully Cooked Turkey Sausage Links- 2 links, 1 serving
    *Kraft 2% American Cheese Singles, 4
    *Pace Chunky Salsa - Mild, 2.5 tbsp
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1/2 cup, strips
    Spinach, fresh, 1/2 cup
    *Whole Wheat Tortilla, 4 serving

Directions

In saute pan, cook veggies and heat sausage links, then crumble. Add egg subsitute and salsa. Stir until egg sub. is cooked. Use 1 slice cheese for each tortilla, tearing cheese in half and placing in center of tortilla. Add 1/4 of egg mixture to each tortilla. Wrap as you would a burrito. Enjoy!
