Keilbasa and Tomatoes

Introduction

I think I adapted this recipe from the Zone Diet. It's a nice, easy, low-carb meal my husband requests often. I think I adapted this recipe from the Zone Diet. It's a nice, easy, low-carb meal my husband requests often.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    8oz of turkey keilbasa
    28oz can of stewed tomatoes, drained
    cayenne pepper and onion powder to taste
    green beans

Directions

Cook green beans (I either steam or microwave)

Cut keilbasa into half circles and allow to brown slightly in a frying pan

Add drained, stewed tomatoes and spices to taste

Simmer for about 5-10 minutes to heat the tomatoes through

Serves tomatoes and keilbasa over green beans
