    3.5 C frozen mixed veggies or broccoli/ cauliflower
    1 C chopped celery
    1 can (14.5 oz) stewed tomatoes, undrained
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp onion salt
    1 tsp onion powder
    2 c water
    1 can (10.5 oz) fat free reduced sodium beef broth mixed with 1/2 c wheat flour
    1 tsp Italian seasoning
