8 oz salmon, trimmed of skin
2 tbsp fresh cilantro
1 red chili pepper, minced (remove seeds and hull)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
Heat oil in pan over medium-high heat.
Pan sear fillet and all leftover marinade.
Serve with black beans and rice.
