IntroductionThis meatloaf has garlic, oregano and basil for an Italian meatball flavor. This meatloaf has garlic, oregano and basil for an Italian meatball flavor.
1 lb. 93% Lean Hamburger
1 Large Egg, beaten
1/4 c Ketchup
1 Tbsp A1 Steak Sauce
1 tsp Worchestershire Sauce
1/4 c Italian Bread Crumbs
1 clove Garlic, minced
1/2 Tbsp Basil
1/2 Tbsp Oregano
1 tsp Garlic Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper, coursely ground
Add garlic and all the dry ingredients to the meat mixture. Mix well.
Put the meatloaf mixture into a caserole dish or loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. (Juices cooking from the meat should be clear.)
