Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    12 Med potatoes (boiled until soft)
    1 c diced celery
    1 c chopped onions
    3 cloves garlic finely minced
    1 tsp yellow mustard
    10 TBSP Miracle Whip Dressing
    1/2 c Budweiser Beer

Directions

Boil potatoes in water until soft, cool and peel. Cut into bite size pieces. Put into bowl with the rest of ingredients; mix well. until creamy.
Cool and serve. Better if left until next day.
