Nacho Beef/Bean/Cheese Dip

Introduction

This is a quick and easy dip to make in the crock pot or the microwave... depending on whether you need it quickly or plan ahead. This is a quick and easy dip to make in the crock pot or the microwave... depending on whether you need it quickly or plan ahead.

Ingredients

    Half pound Ground beef, browned, drained, and rinsed
    8 oz. low fat cheese, split
    1 can fat free refried beans
    2 1/2 cups salsa
    1 tsp. Cumin
    1/2 t. chili powder
    1 T. dried onions

Directions

Mix all ingredients together (save 3 ounces of cheese for the top.) place in microwaveable dish or crock pot. Top with reserved cheese. Microwave on medium high heat for 10 minutes. Crockpot on low for 3 - 4 hours. 1 serving = 1/2 cup. Eat with baked corn chips.
