This is a quick and easy dip to make in the crock pot or the microwave... depending on whether you need it quickly or plan ahead. This is a quick and easy dip to make in the crock pot or the microwave... depending on whether you need it quickly or plan ahead.Number of Servings: 16
Ingredients

Half pound Ground beef, browned, drained, and rinsed
8 oz. low fat cheese, split
1 can fat free refried beans
2 1/2 cups salsa
1 tsp. Cumin
1/2 t. chili powder
1 T. dried onions
Directions
Mix all ingredients together (save 3 ounces of cheese for the top.) place in microwaveable dish or crock pot. Top with reserved cheese. Microwave on medium high heat for 10 minutes. Crockpot on low for 3 - 4 hours. 1 serving = 1/2 cup. Eat with baked corn chips.
