Garlic, 1 tsp
*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Water, tap, 1 fl oz
Parkay, Original Stick Margarine, 1 stick
Shrimp, cooked, 16 oz (bag of med. shrimp with 41 to 60)
White Wine, 2 fl oz
Parsley, dried, 1 tsp
Combine the garlic with olive oil and water in a small pan and heat in microwave or on the stove about 1 to 2 min.
Set aside. Melt the margarine in a large skillet; add the garlic mixture and simmer 1 to 2 minutes. Add the shrimp (if using frozen, be sure to unthaw first); stir and simmer 2 to 3 minutes more for the flavors to mix. Add the wine and simmer another 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat and garnish with the parsley. This makes 4 to 6 servings.
For 6 servings the calories are about 222 per serving.
