Brown 1 lb. lean ground turkey or beef in a large skillet. Add 1 cup chiopped onions. Add peppers, tomatoes, etc as desired (optional). Add 15 oz. tomato sauce or salsa. Blend in 4 cups cooked brown rice and 1 packet taco seasoning. Simmer 20-30 minutes.
