Introduction

This smoothie is really good!! I made it for my daughter last night and she requested I save the recipe. This smoothie is really good!! I made it for my daughter last night and she requested I save the recipe.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Silk Soy Milk Light - plain
    Banana, fresh, 2 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)
    Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), .15 cup, unthawed Cinnamon, ground, .25 tsp
    Peanut Butter, chunk style, 1 tbsp

Directions

Makes 2 smoothies.
Throw it all in a blender and blend! I like to use frozen bananas; I freeze bananas when they get very ripe to use later for smoothies.
