Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup cooked brown rice
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup diced green peppers
    1/4 cup diced onions
    3 small celery slaks diced
    1 tbs soy sauce
    1 tbs canola oil

Directions

Cook 1 cup brown rice as directed on package, set aside.

Pour oil in pan and heat on med till oil bubbles with a splash of water.
Add rice, stirring constantly so it does not burn, untill browned.
Add egg and stir untill allmost fully cooked thru.
Add onion, bell pepper, celery and soy sauce cook for about another 3 to 5 min.

Makes 4, 1 cup servings
