Substitute your favorite beans (black, kidney, pinto, garbanzo, etc). Add fat free chicken breast tenders if desired. Add toppings like cheese, tortilla chips, sour cream to taste or eat plain for a lowfat, low calorie, hearty soup. Substitute your favorite beans (black, kidney, pinto, garbanzo, etc). Ingredients

1 can Pinto Beans
1 can Kidney Beans
1 can Diced Tomatoes
1 12 oz can Tomato Juice
1 4 oz can Fire RoastedDiced Chiles
1 cup sweet corn
1 cup Salsa
1 tsp Chili Powder
1/8 tsp Black Pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in crockpot and cook at least 4 hours on high or up to 10 hours on low.
(rinse canned beans before adding for lower sodium)
