Introduction

banana, mixed frozen fruit, non fat milk, spinach with flax banana, mixed frozen fruit, non fat milk, spinach with flax
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup frozen fruit (I use a berry blend)
    1 cup nonfat milk
    1 medium banana
    2 cups spinach
    1 TBLS ground flax seed

Directions

Blend fruit and milk. Add banana and flax. Blend. Add spinach.
Blend until smooth.
