Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 350 gram box Chick Peas, drained and rinsed well
    1 350 gram box kidney Beans, red kidney, drained and rinsed well
    1 15 oz can Trappey's Black beans with olive oil, onion and garlic, 15
    1 small Onions, chopped
    1 small plum Tomatoes, chopped**
    1/4 cup red bell Peppers, chopped
    1 medium Hot Chili Peppers, FRESH, chopped **
    1 1/2 cups canned corn, drained and rinsed well
    several springs Parsley, chopped
    1/4 cup canned Black Olives, drained and rinsed **

    dressing:
    1/4 cup Sunflower Oil,
    5 TBS WHITE Vinegar **
    2 tsp SPICY BROWN Mustard, **
    2 tsp Splenda,

Directions

Combine first 10 items in a large bowl. Mix well

Mix dressing ingredients in a jar. Shake or pour over salad.

Serve cold or room temp.
Makes a good main dish or side dish

USE COMMON SENSE WHEN IT COMES TO SERVING SIZE
I'll guess that 1 serving is 1 cup.
