Terri's Turkey Quinoa Meatballs

Introduction

Ingredients

    16 oz ground turkey meat 93%
    .25 cup Parmesan cheese grated
    1 large egg
    .25 cup quinoa (prepared as directed)
    3 tsp Italian seasoning
    .25 onion diced fine
    1 tsp garlic chopped fine

Directions

Prepare Quinoa as directed on package and cool. Dice onion and chop garlic. Add all ingredients to mixing bowl and measure out equal 8 portions. Roll into meatballs. Using Olive Oil Pam, spray the bottom of a baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes depending on dish size and how spread out the meatballs are. You don't want to over cook so start to check at 15 minutes.
