IntroductionI took some of "this" and some of "that" from a couple of recipes and added some of my own things and here's a soup that my husband and I enjoy. I took some of "this" and some of "that" from a couple of recipes and added some of my own things and here's a soup that my husband and I enjoy.
4 cups cannellini beans with juice(2 15oz cans)
4 cups diced tomatoes w/green chilies with juice (2 14.5oz cans)
1 large onion, choped
5 tsp worcestershire sauce
6 cups broth (any flavor)
5 oz Pickled Pepper rings
100 grams frozen stir fry vegetables
4 cups frozen Normandy style vegetables
5 leaves fresh basil
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 package each- dry vegetable and onion soups
1 bouillon cube (any flavor)
crushed oregano (just rub it between your palms into the pot)
add crushed garlic and saute with onion;
add peppers with some of the juice;
add the oregano, beans, tomatoes, soup mixes, bouillon, worcestershire and stir good;
bring to a boil and add the frozen vegetables and other ingrediants;
bring back to a boil, resuce heat and simmer for about 35 minutes.
