Mini Egg Cups

Ingredients

    All White's Liquid Egg Whites, 1.5 cup
    Canadian Bacon, 1 serving chopped
    Mushrooms, cooked, .5 cup pieces
    Spinach, frozen (thawed and drained), .5 package (10 oz)
    Bell Pepper (Red), 0.5 cup
    2% Part-Skim Mozzarella Shredded Cheese, 0.25 cup
    Garlic powder
    Onion Flakes
    Salt
    Pepper

Directions

Saute (in water) mushrooms and peppers
Drain, and combine with other ingredients (season to taste similar to amounts for 6 eggs)

Pour into 7 muffin cups sprayed with oil (Pam)

Bake for 15 min on 375
Sprinkle with more cheese (not in calorie info) if desired during last min of baking
