Protein Pudding

Introduction

What happens when you mix instant pudding and protein powder? A magical post-workout boost with over 17g of protein per serving. What happens when you mix instant pudding and protein powder? A magical post-workout boost with over 17g of protein per serving.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    - A box of instant pudding (I used fat-free sugar-free, but really any kind will do. I also chose chocolate)

    - 2 cups of milk - Skim, or whatever your preference

    - 2 scoops of whey protein (Body Fortress is my brand since it is the cheapest. I went with chocolate here to complement the pudding selection)

Directions

Bust out the pudding mix and prepare as per the instructions on the box, except before adding the milk and stirring, add the protein powder in with the pudding mix powder.

Makes four servings - 1/2 cup a piece.
