Deconstructed Cabbage Rolls

Introduction

All the flavor and yum from cabbage rolls without the fuss! All the flavor and yum from cabbage rolls without the fuss!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1lb Chub Jennie O Ground turkey
    1 Med head cabbage chopped
    2 cans Del Monte Diced Tomatoes ( i use the flavored kind)
    3c cooked jasmin rice
    1 small onion diced
    3 cloves glarlic ( i love garlic and often add more)
    1/2 tsp Coriander ( less if its ground)
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Brown turkey in large skillet, add garlic and onions midway threw and sautee till turkey is browned and onions soften.
Add cabbage and tomatoes to skillet along with coriander simmer for 20 minutes then add rice and simmer adtional 10.
Yeild 6 servings of 1 1/2 cups
