Taco salad for one

Introduction

This is a fresh BIG salad that takes lots of chewing and is very filling. This is a fresh BIG salad that takes lots of chewing and is very filling.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    3 cups iceberg lettuce
    1 cup diced peppers (any you like)
    1 tomato diced
    1/3 cup veggie ground round
    1-2 tsp. Taco seasoning(powder)
    onion flakes
    1 oz. grated low fat cheese
    Kraft Catalina Dressing (light done right- 15 cal.per Tbsp) so I use 2 -3 Tbls.)

Directions

Put everyting in a bowl and toss. Makes 1 serving.
You can add a broken white cheddar rice cake or 1/3 cup kidney or black beans to this but add the extra 40 calories! for each!
