Ingredients

1lb 90/10 lean ground beef
2 onions thinly sliced
4 (or to taste) cloves of garlice thinly sliced or crushed
6 TBS Worchestire sauce
32 oz vegetable broth low sodium (or beef broth)
3 cups water (or use additional broth)
2 med potatoes peeled and diced
4 cups mixed frozen vegetables (peas, carrots, corn & green beans)
Directions
1) Fry ground beef, onion and garlic in the bottom of a large pot.
2) Add worchestire sauce once meat is full cooked and onions begin to turn translucent.
3) Add broth water and potatoes and bring to a boil
4) continue to cook until potatoes are almost done and add frozen vegetable, cook until vegetables are heated through about 5-10 more minutes.
Serve with bread and top with mozzeralla or swiss cheese (bread and cheese not included in calorie count)
Makes about 8 1 1/2 cup servings
