5 min. chocolate cake mug (lower calories)

Introduction

use a large coffee mug or I like to use a 2 cup glass measuring cup. use a large coffee mug or I like to use a 2 cup glass measuring cup.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    4 T white flour (can use whole wheat)
    4 packets Truvia
    1 t sugar
    3 T baking cocoa, unsweetened
    3 T fat free vanilla (or other flavor) yogurt
    3 T nonfat milk
    1 egg
    (optional) 3 T semi-sweet choc. chips (included in calorie calculation)


Directions

Cut cake in 1/2 for two servings.

Mix dry ingredients, then add milk, yogurt, and egg and mix well with whisk. Add choc. chips and stir.

Microwave on high for 3 minutes in large coffee mug.

Flip out onto fancy plate, and top with fat free cool whip if desired.
