3/4 cup milk
2 tbsp veggie oil
1/2 cup SunnyBoy cereal (hot, whole-grain cereal)
1-1/2 c. flour
2/3 cup sugar
1-1/2 tsp baking powder
2) Add liquid ingredients together in a large bowl.
3) Add dry ingredients together in a separate bowl.
4) Mix dry ingredients into the liquid ingredients. (I found I had to add a bit more milk b/c batter was too thick---altitude?)
5) Drop into muffin liners.
Makes 8-10 small muffins OR 6 large muffins
Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
