Judy's Potato Soup

Ingredients

    8 medium sized potatoes
    1 small onion chopped
    3 Tbsp butter
    1 cup fat free skim milk
    2 dashes of sea salt
    1 tsp garlic powder

Directions

Cut potatoes into large chunks, add water to cover them. Bring to boil & then turn setting to med. low. Add onions. Cook until tender. You want to mash the potatoes, but leave some small chunks. Add margarine, seasonings, milk
Makes 1 cup servings. Enjoy! You may also add chopped carrots if you like!
