Spinach Pie
Introduction
My mom always made this when i was a kid and I love it!! My mom always made this when i was a kid and I love it!!Number of Servings: 8
Ingredients

1 9 inch frozen ready to bake pie crust
10 oz frozen spinach (thawed and liquid removed)
3 oz part skim mozzerella
1 cup egg substitute
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 tsp salt
dash of pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
3 cloves of garlic chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 450. Poke crust with a fork and bake for 5 minutes. Lower oven to 350. In a small pan sautee onions and garlic until soft than spinach, salt, pepper and garlic powder mix well. Let cool down. in a bowl add egg,and cheese, stir in spinach mixture. Pour into crust and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Or until done poke a tooth pick in the middle if comes out clean it is done. Let cool cut into 6 slices and Enjoy!!
