    *Bell Pepper (Green) 1 Med, Raw, 1 serving (remove)
    *Bell Pepper, Red (2.5" dia; whole), 1 serving (remove)
    *Onion (Yellow), 1 med, raw, 1 serving (remove)
    Ground beef, extra lean, 16 oz (remove)
    *Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 4 serving (remove)
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup (remove)
    *Cheese, Kraft Italian Parmesean Shredded, 9 tsp (remove)
    *Cheese, Six Cheese Italian Style Blend, shredded, .75 cup (remove)

Directions

cook rice
sautee veggies
combine all ingredients in 8x10 pan and bake @350 for 25 min.
