Introduction

Nice lean meatloaf Nice lean meatloaf
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1-lb ground venison
    1-lb ground turkey xtra lean
    3/4 C of peppers
    1/2 C onions chopped
    2 xl eggs
    1 C oatmeal old fashioned
    1/2 C ketchup
    1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
    Salt and Pepper

Directions

Mix together the first 6 ingredients and form into a loaf and place in loaf pan. Coat the top with ketchup and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and salt and pepper.

Bake in over at 350 degrees for hour to an hour and a half.

One serving 4 oz.
