Savory Black Bean tomato and crab salad

Introduction

Savory and easy salad for a complete lunch or dinner side dish. Savory and easy salad for a complete lunch or dinner side dish.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 10 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies
    1 5oz can seasoned black beans
    dash hot pepper sauce
    juice and zest from 1/4 lemon wedge
    garlic, salt and pepper to taste
    1-lb pkg crab select crab flavored seafood, leg style

Directions

DO NOT drain beans or tomatoes. Slice crab flavored seafood into chunks. Mix all together and refrigerate if desired. So yummy, and fast! You can add drained canned corn for color, but be sure to add the nutrients to the total.
