What's for dinner! Soup

Introduction

I used what we had on hand, and it was delicious. I used what we had on hand, and it was delicious.

Ingredients

    Jennie O turkey sausage links-(2 links-take off casings)
    1 Can diced tomoatoes
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1/2 yellow bell pepper-chopped
    1/2 medium onion-chopped
    1 can roman beans
    1 zucchini-half circles
    half bag or so of frozen spinach
    garlic salt
    fennel seed
    onion powder
    Mrs. Dash
    Red Pepper flakes

Directions

Brown sausage and chopped veggies. Allow the bits to brown well and add wome water to get the bits off the bottom of the soup pot.

Add the canned products and broth. Allow to simmer 5 minutes. Add spices and spinach. Allow to simmer 5 minutes. Add ditalin. Serve when pasta is done. I added grated asiago on top of mine and it was awesome.
