IntroductionTuna with Veggies, Makes about 4 cups. 1/2 cup serving size. Tuna with Veggies, Makes about 4 cups. 1/2 cup serving size.
1 Celery Stick
2 Dill Pickle spears
1 Green Onion
Seasonings: Dill and Lemon Pepper (or lemon juice) to taste
2 TBSP Light Mayo
2 Cans White Tuna packed in water (7oz ea) - drain, but don't squeeze out all of the water.
Mix in Mayo
Add 1 can Tuna. Mix in breaking up the chuncks. Add Dill or other seasonings.
Repeat with 2nd can of Tuna.
For Best Results: Refridgerate overnight before using to give flavors time to meld.
Serve with salad greens or in celery sticks for a low cal meal.
