1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken breasts (I cut breasts in half if they are large)
2 Cups Lowfat Plain Yogurt
1/4Cup fresh Lime Juice
2 tbsp Ground Cumin (more or less if you like)
5-6 minced Garlic Cloves
1/4 c Olive oil
You can cook this chicken any way really. I like to grill it or cook it on the stove with a small amount of olive oil.
