Garlic Shrimp and Vegetables

Ingredients

2 T margarine
1 T olive oil
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 pound peeled, deveined large shrimp
3 cloves gartlic, minced
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and black pepper (optional)
1 9-oz package spinach fettucine
Directions
Heat margarine and oil in medium skillet or wok over medium heat. Add onions and red pepper. Stir-fry 2 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Add shrimp and garlic; stir-fry 2 minutes or until shrimp are opaque. Stir in lime juice. Season with salt and black pepper if desired. Server over hot fettucine. Garnish as desired.
