    Tortillas, medium size, soft flour, President's Choice (1 tortilla), 12 serving (remove)
    Cream Cheese, PC Blue Menu, Light (40% less fat) - 30 grams, 5.6 serving (remove)
    Sour cream, fat free (1% MF), no name, 24 tbsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Chicken Broth, .75 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Cilantro, raw, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
    *Cumin seed, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
    Cheddar, old, light, no name (40% less fat), 30 grams, 200 gram(s) (remove)
    *Chicken Breast Cooked, 4 cup (remove)


Spray a 10 x 15 baking pan with Pam. Combine chicken, cheddar and onions. Divide evenly between 12 tortillas. Roll tortillas and place in baking pan, seam side down. In a large saucepan, combine broth, cilantro, ground cumin until hot. Add sour cream, cream cheese, and canned green chilies. Heat until cream cheese is melted. Pour over enchiladas in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
