Simple Rice & Beans

Introduction

I use a rice cooker for this, then mix it together once rice is done and other ingredients are heated. You can pretty much just add what you want to this, sometimes a splash of apple cider vinegar is good. Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    Beans, black, 2 cup (remove)
    Basil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    *Original Spike Seasoning, 2 tsp (remove)
    *Brown Rice, medium grain, 2 cup (remove)

Directions

Makes 6 generous 1 cup servings.

Heat rice in cooker. Warm beans w/pam spray in pan, and basil and spike seasoning. Mix together when heated through and rice is done.
