Tuna Macaroni Salad

Introduction

I was looking for a lunch Item for Lent, and came up with this using stuff I had in the fridge. I was looking for a lunch Item for Lent, and came up with this using stuff I had in the fridge.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    14 oz. cooked O organics whole wheat elbow macaroni
    3.5 oz. drained chunk tuna (in water)
    2 oz. chopped olives
    1/2 c. chopped red bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 cup light mayo
    1/4 c. chopped basil
    garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.

Directions

Cook the noodles, drain and set aside. Chop all the vegetables and place in a medium size bowl. Mix together macaroni and veggies. Stir in mayonnaise. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavors to combine. Makes approximately 6 - 1 cup servings.
