Introduction

Just throw it all together and leave it, you could replace with extra lean beef in this, but I had 80/20 ground beef so thats what I used this time. Just throw it all together and leave it, you could replace with extra lean beef in this, but I had 80/20 ground beef so thats what I used this time.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1lb 80/20 ground beef
    1 cup frozen corn
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 15 oz can of petite diced tomatoes
    1/2 cup green bell pepper
    6 cloved chopped garlic
    1 pkg mccormick hot chili seasoning mix
    1 15 oz can of dark red kidney beans

Directions

brown beef in a pan drain grease if necessary, add onion, pepper, garlic and cook 5 mins. add remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 mins. makes 4 approx 2 cup servings.
