Ingredients

100% whole wheat flour
oat bran
flax seed (ground)
unsweetened applesauce
salt
raisins
cinnamon
yeast
honey
Directions
Boil 2 cups of water and add to oat bran and flax seed. Mix until dissolved and let cool. In another bowl, combine honey, salt, and applesauce. Combine this mixture with the oat bran and flax seed mixture. Use two packets of baker's yeast with 1/2 cup hot water (about 105 degrees F). Add yeast to the mixture. Then, add four cups of whole wheat flour, raisins, and cinnamon. Mix until it forms a dough. Let rise for 45 minutes. After it is risen, divide into three loaves and place in bread pans. Let the dough rise for another 45 minutes. After the dough has risen, place in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. Cut and enjoy! It is delicious!
