Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 c. GF All Purposes Flour
    1/4 c. Canola oil
    1 tbsp Chili Powder
    2 - 14.75 oz cans chicken broth
    1 sq. mexican baking chocolate
    4 chicken breasts (8 halves), skinless and boneless
    1 pkg chili seasoning mix
    1/4 tsp garlic salt

Directions

Fry the flour in the 1/4 cup oil. Add the chili powder and cook slowly for 1 minute. Add the chicken broth, chili mix, garlic salt and chocolate. Add the 8 chicken breast halves and simmer for 45 minutes over medium to low heat. 4 servings.
