Ingredients

3 TBS egg whites
3 medium mashed bananas
1 serving cup of Mott's raspberry pomegranate applesauce (plus fiber)
.5 c brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 c half wheat/half white flour
.5 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1.25 tsp salt
2 TBS ground flaxseed
1 cup oatmeal (rolled oats)
.5 cup frozen blueberries unthawed
Directions
Mix together bananas, egg, sugar, applesauce and vanilla
Sift flour baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon
Mix dry ingredients in gently with wet. Add blueberries, flaxseed and oats.
Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes
