Sausage Stuffed Biscuit

Breakfast or dinner, it's all good. Breakfast or dinner, it's all good.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    16 sausage patties, cooked and crumbled
    8 buttermilk biscuits, rolled out flat
    1 cup green peppers, chopped
    1 cup onions, chopped
    1/2 cup pepperjack cheese

Directions

Brown and drain sausage. Add onions and green peppers. Cook until tender. Roll out biscuits. Add a slice of cheese and a tablespoonful of sausage mixture. Roll up biscuit.

Cook 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Serve with salsa.

Makes 8 servings.
